	Glen Beal Chartered Accountant Glen has been a Director since 1999. He has specialist skills in the bloodstock industries, taxation, property investment and business development. He has had a lifetime involvement in things equestrian, including a 4 year role as a New Zealand Eventing Selector which involved selecting Olympic, Trans-Tasman and World Equestrian Games teams, as well as National Training Squads. He still competes regularly in showjumping competitions. A past Treasurer of the Pukekohe Business Association and Business Franklin, Glen, his wife Sarah and their two sons enjoy rural living on their lifestyle block. 	Jeff Rowsell Chartered Accountant Jeff has worked for several firms including Deloittes and Hart Saunders Professional Group, and joined Campbell Tyson Cooper White in 2001. He subsequently became a Director in 2003. He has specialist skills in trusts, business structures, agribusiness, general tax and compliance. He is a member of both the Manukau Business School Accountancy and Law Advisory Board and the Franklin Acclimatisation Society. Jeff enjoys the outdoor lifestyle provided by the Franklin area and continues to participate in sports such as tennis and hunting along with his partner and two sons. 	Lincoln Sharp Chartered Accountant   Lincoln joined Campbell Tyson Cooper White, from a Mid-Tier Chartered Accountancy firm in Auckland, and became a Director in 2007. Lincoln brings with him knowledge from a broad range of industries including professional services, specialist manufacturing, hotelier and building management, Charities and franchise management. Lincoln's area of specialty lies in business improvement and management consulting, as well as taxation, strategy and structuring advice. Lincoln has coached extensively with SME's under a New Zealand Trade and Enterprise initiative, helping fledgling businesses learn commercial basics as well as assisting more developed businesses hone their critical financial skills. Having successfully defeated the travel bug with five years in London, Lincoln, his wife Lynda and their two children love being part of the wider Pukekohe Community. 	Neil Gollan Chartered Accountant   Neil has been with the Company since 1979, appointed as a Director two year’s later. He is Campbell Tyson Cooper White’s tax specialist. 	Nigel Hicks Chartered Accountant Nigel lives in Pukekohe East, with his wife Karen. He and Karen have three adult children and three grandchildren. He joined the Company in 1975, and was made a Director in 1990. Nigel has considerable experience in the Business Service Area especially tax planning and business development. Nigel is currently Trust Board Chair of Strathallan College at Karaka and Chair of the Enterprise Franklin Development Trust, which is involved in Franklin Economic Development initiatives and offers seminars and courses for Franklin business people. Nigel has been involved in many other local organisations and is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Pukekohe and Enterprise Franklin Development Trust.
